电网企业信息架构管控研究与实践

国家电网公司(SGCC)规划在"十二五"期间全面建成SG-ERP,要求进一步挖掘和提升信息化对企业战略和业务的支撑能力,不断适应电网发展和企业管理的新要求。从2010年起,华东电网有限公司(ECGC)开展了企业信息架构(EA)研究,通过探索和实施企业架构与信息管控,理清了现有信息化系统和环境的现状,明确了信息化发展方向,构建了以企业架构为核心、以价值为导向的信息管控体系,初步建成了一体化信息管控技术支撑平台,推动了企业信息化整体能力的提升。

Information Architecture Control for Power Grid Enterprises

State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) plans to build up the SG-ERP IT system during the 12th Five-year Plan,and requires to explore and improve the supportive influence of informatization on corporate strategy and business,keeping up with the grid development and corporate management.Since the year of 2010,East China Grid Co.,Ltd(ECGC) has started the research on enterprise architecture(EA),and has made great achievements,such as clarifying the status quo of the information system,defining the information development trend,establishing the value-oriented information control system with enterprise architecture as the core,setting up the integrated information control technical support platform.All these achievements have promoted the corporate informatization capacity as a whole.
