丝素蛋白对表皮细胞生长的影响

目的：了解丝素的生物学性能和丝素对表皮细胞生长的影响。方法：试验组采用培养液ＤＭＥＭ 加５％ 丝素蛋白原液，对照组采用培养液ＤＭＥＭ 加５％ 生理盐水的方法，对表皮细胞培养结果进行比较观察；观察指标为表皮细胞形态、细胞生长曲线、３Ｈ－ 胸腺嘧啶核苷测定等。结果：培养后３ 天试验组大量细胞贴壁生长，而对照组在培养后５ 天才大量贴壁生长；试验组细胞数在５ 天明显增多，对照组在７ 天才迅速增加；３Ｈ－ 胸腺嘧啶核苷测定试验组及对照组的增殖活力均在第７ 天达高峰，但同一时相点试验组增殖活力明显高于对照组。结论：丝素蛋白对表皮细胞生长具有促进作用。

The effect of Fitroin Protein on culture of human kerationcytes

Purpose: To investigate the effect of Fitroin Protein on the culture of human skin kreatinocytes.Methods:Human foreskin keratinocyte culture with 5% Fitroin solution and 95% DMEM.A controlled study was performed with keratinocytes culture by 5% normal saline and 95% DMEM system.The Keratinocytes growth curve were measured.The cell proliferation was determined by 3 H-thymidine incorporation assay.Results:Human keratinocytes grew well under the Fitroin and DMEM system.The cell proliferation on the test were more active than those on the control.Conclusion:Fitroin protein can promote the growth of keratinocytes.
