摘    要:力矩控制广泛应用于汽车起重机、轮胎起重机、铁路轨道起重机、履带起重机、塔式起重机、门座起重机和高空作业车等机械设备,该设计是基于现代物联网的基本技术手段,通过其实现设备动态的接入,可完成局域范围内的数据交换,满足有限距离的通讯需要,并可以通过无线网络连接成大系统,各终端设备与服务器之间的数据交互。文中介绍了基于ZigBee与GPRS技术的力矩控制终端系统设计,经实际检验,系统工作可靠,可广泛应用于工业、农业、交通、物流、电力、水利、环保等行业的相关设备的力矩控制。

Abstract:Torque control is widely used in mechanical equipment in which have automobiles cranes,tyre crane,railway tracks cranes,crawler crane and tower crane,door crane and aloft working vehicles.This paper desigried a technology of modern content networking,through realization equipment dynamic access and complete LAN within the scope of the data exchange,it can satisfy limited distance communication needs,and may through wireless network into a larger systems,and each terminal equipment and server data between interaction.The paper introduced the ZigBee and GPRS technology based on the torque control terminal system design,the actual inspection,the system reliable work,can be widely used in industry,agriculture,transportation,logistics,electric power,water conservancy and environmental protection industry related equipment torque control.
