摘    要:文中给出一种应用于调频连续波(FMCW)雷达的信号调理电路。该电路采用低噪声前置放大器、对数主中放和具有频域压缩功能的滤波器。实验表明,该电路小信号增益大于100dB,动态范围大于80dB,具有较高的信噪比和优良的滤波性能,可有效地提高FMCW雷达的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:A kind of signal conditoning circuit which applied to the frequency modulation continuous wave(FMCW) radar was proposed.The circuit adopted low noise pre-amplifier,logarithm intermediate-frequency(IF) amplifier and the filter with frequency dynamic compression.Experimental results show that the little signal gain is more than 100 dB and dynamic range is over 80 dB,which has higher signal-to-noise ratio(S/N) and good filter performance.The circuit can effectively improve the anti-jamming ability of FMCW radar.
