LXI多功能计数器

为了将LXI应用到通用测试模块上,设计了一种符合LXI标准的C类LXI多功能计数器模块。在硬件设计方面,LXI计数器模块采用ARM和FPGA作为核心器件的基本构架,ARM作为主控器,FPGA实现功能电路的部分。在软件设计方面,遵循LXI软件构架设计了基于Web接口控制软件,并利用Visual C++2005设计了模块的IVI-COM驱动程序和软面板。LXI多功能计数器模块经过调试和使用,证明计数器方案合理,各项功能和指标达到了要求。

Design and Development of Multifunction Counter Based on LXI

To study and apply LXI bus to the universal testing module,a LXI counter of class C is designed and implemented according to the LXI standard.In the hardware design,the LXI counter module introduces the basic truss of ARM + FPGA.ARM was used as the main controller and FPGA was used to realize the function.The Web-based interface control method which followed LXI software architecture was realized in the software design.And the software panel and IVI-COM driver were developed in the software development platform of Visual C + +2005.The LXI counter has been debugged and applied,the application indicates that the scheme is reasonable and the LXI counter module meets the requirements of the design.
