焦炉气加氢催化剂及净化工艺的开发

摘    要:介绍了适合于焦炉气加氢催化剂及净化工艺的研究实验结果,实验表明,JT-1及JT-8型加氢催化剂均可适用于含高浓度CO和CO2气氛下原料气的加氢净化,且净化度高,副反应小,并满足以焦炉气为原料的甲醇厂的原料净化要求,可将原料气中硫化物脱除至总硫体积分数<0.1×10-6。

Abstract:The experimental and test results for a coke oven gas hydrodesulfurization catalyst and the associated process were described.The key to application of coke oven gas as an economically advantageous feedstock for methanol synthesis is highly-efficient treatment of the gas for abatement of the hazardous impurities.Existing hydrodesulfurization(HDS) processes can only meet the requirement of ammonia plants with a total sulfur content <0.5×10-6 to 1×10-6.Modern high-efficiency methanol synthesis catalysts require that total sulfur in the synthesis gas be treated to as low as <0.1×10-6.The experimental results show that JT-1 and JT-8 HDS catalysts,developed by Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry,were applicable to HDS of coke oven gas with high CO and CO2 concentration,with high treatment efficiency and little side reactions.The total sulfur in the treated gas is as low as <0.1×10-6.
