| 摘 要： | OPC是一个开放的工业接口标准,被用于过程控制和制造业自动化系统。本文通过OPC接口在PID优化整定系统中的应用,介绍了DCS和OPC的基本概念,以及OPC接口的相关知识和数据存储访问方式;同时结合实际介绍了为实现各系统间数据交换,应用OPC通讯技术所搭建的系统网络结构,以及OPC服务器端和客户端开发的基本步骤,数据存储过程的实现;最后,讨论了PID优化整定系统中OPC接口的应用在工业现场领域中的优点以及发展前景。
