| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来，信息港作为信息技术催生下的产物得到了较快的发展，已经成为当今城市与区域发展和规划所考虑的重要内容，也是西方城市政策制定者制定经济发展战略的重要手段。文章在对西方信息港的概念，起源，发展与类型总结的基础上，从区位选择及空间布局、开发模式、信息港认定三个方面分析了西方城市信息港发展规划的进展。最后针对当前中国城市信息港建设中存在的问题及发展方向进行了探索性的思考。

| Abstract: | Since 1980, with the rapid development and application of information technology, teleport has become an important part of urban and regional planning, and also an important tool to make urban development policy in western countries. Based on concept, origin, development and type of teleport, the paper analyzes teleport development and plan of western countries from location choice, development mode and identification. Then, the paper discusses Chinese teleport development in the future. |
