摘    要:目的:比较不同产地玉米须中总黄酮、刺芒柄花素、木犀草素的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地玉米须中总黄酮的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地玉米须中刺芒柄花素和木犀草素的含量。结果:不同产地玉米须中总黄酮含量为0.39%~1.38%,刺芒柄花素含量为0.153~0.358mg·g-1,木犀草素含量为0.052~0.112mg·g-1。不同产地玉米须中黄酮类成分含量差异较大。结论:本试验结果可为玉米须质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of total flavonoids, formononetin and luteolin in Stigmata maydis from different producing areas. METHODS: The contents of total flavonoids in Stigmata maydis from different producing areas were determined by UV spectrophotometry. HPLC was adopted to determine the contents of formononetin and luteolin in stigmata maydis from different producing areas. RESULTS: The content of total flavonoids in Stigmata maydis from different producing areas were 0.39%~1.38%; the content of formononetin ranged from 0.153 mg·g-1 to 0.358 mg·g-1, luteolin ranged from 0.052 mg·g-1 to 0.112 mg·g-1. There was significant difference in flavonoids content of Stigmata maydis from different producing areas. CONCLUSION: The results can provide evidence for the establishment of quality standard and further development of Stigmata maydis.
