| 摘 要： | 调查了社区居民和门诊病人，以了解他们对医院的医疗服务利用状况及他们对医疗服务的满意度。居民和病人对该医院的医疗服务基本满意，支付能力影响医疗服务的利用．居民健康意识薄弱不容忽视，该医院应合理定位，谋求发展。

| Abstract: | The authors took a survey among the residents and outpatients in order to understand the utilization and satisfaction of medical care services about hospital.After data analysis, the authors believe that the residents and outpatients were generally satisfied with the medical care in this hospital, that the ability to pay for the medical care influenced its utilization, that the unawareness of health condition by residents should not be neglected, and that the hospital should make a sound strategic position for its development. |
