P91钢埋弧自动焊焊丝的研制

摘    要:介绍了P91钢埋弧焊丝的成分设计原则,选用英国曼彻特公司生产的埋弧焊焊丝METRODE 9CrMoV—N与研制的KJS91埋弧焊焊丝进行了焊接工艺对比试验,测试了焊缝成分、冲击韧性、拉伸强度、金相组织和硬度。试验结果表明:KJS91埋弧焊焊丝熔敷金属具有较高的韧性和强度,且满足AWS及BSEN标准要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces principles of P91 steel submerged welding wire compositions design. Welding process comparison tests between METRODE 9CrMoV-N, which is manufactured by Metrode Products Ltd., UK, and the newly developed KJS91 submerged welding wire, are conducted, and the compositions, impactive temper, tensile strength, metallographic structures and hardness of the welds are also measured. Test results show that KJS91 has high temper and strength, and meets AWS and BSEN requirements.
