中草药植株标本保鲜液研究

摘    要:为研究中药草药植株标本的保鲜液,使中草药植株标本能够长期保存,采用正交设计,对中草药植株标本采用了4因素(甲醛、乙醇、亚硫酸和甘油)3水平的试验,并用分光光度法测量不同试验号保存的中草药植株标本中叶绿素的含量,确定最佳的中草药植株保鲜液的配方。结果:经过使用分光光度法检测不同保鲜液保存中草药植株标本中叶绿素的含量,测得使用4号配方(1.0%甲醛、10%乙醇、6%亚硫酸和3甘油)保鲜液保存的中草药植株标本,叶绿素的含量最高。

Abstract:In order to keep Chinese medicinal specimen in fresh status, the formulation was selected by orthogonal test based on 4 factors and 3 levels. The freshness degree of specimen was determined according to chlorophyll content in specimen. Experimental results showed that the No.4 formulation was the best one. The chlorophyll retained 96.9% of its original content after soaking the specimen in No.4 solution for 5 months.
