摘 要: | 利用废弃棉/麻混纺纤维与聚丙烯制备了外保温墙板,优化了制备工艺条件,研究了板材的拉伸、弯曲以及冲击性能。当废弃混纺纤维质量分数为40%、热压温度为175℃、压力为8 MPa、时间为10min时,保温墙板的力学性能较好。对废弃纤维保温墙板的理化性能和保温性能进行了测试,各项检测数据符合国家标准。

Abstract: | The external insulation panel of external wall was prepared with cotton/ramie waste blended fibers and PP.The tensile, bending and impact of external insulation panel is the best when the content of waste blended fibers is 40%, the hot-pressing temperature is 175℃, hot pressure is 8MPa, and hot-pressing time is 10min.The physico-chemical properties and heat insulation property is up to the china national standard. |
