铰接防斜钻具组合的设计与研究

摘    要:为解决高陡构造的井斜问题,钻井界试验了很多办法,但真正能够实现大钻压降斜的技术措施仍然很少。研究了新型铰接钻具组合在大钻压下的防斜机理,推导出铰接防斜钻具组合的力学三弯矩方程组、钻头侧向力和钻头偏转角计算公式,并由此编制了计算和分析软件,得出了2种最优钻具组合;并在川东高陡构造的2口井上进行了探索性试验,取得了初步认识。

Abstract:Many methods have been tried to solve the deflecting problem in highly steep structure, however with few successful under high WOB condition. The defl ecting control mechanism of a novel articulate BHA under high WOB is determined, and its dynamic three bending moment equation, formula calculating the bit side force and bit deflection angle were also derivated; based on which, calculating and analyzing software was programmed. Two optimized BHAs were selected and tes ted in two wells in the highly steep structure of Chuandong area, with some usef ul knowledge obtained.
