超声造影对肝内低回声血管瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨超声造影在肝内低回声血管瘤中的影像特征及诊断价值。方法对我院2008年2月~2012年1月怀疑肝内实性低回声血管瘤患者病例进行回顾性分析。对肝内低回声团进行实时谐波超声造影,观察增强方式、开始增强时间、峰值表现。结果 16例低回声血管瘤造影后均为"慢进慢出",增强方式为边缘部环状增强或整体结节状增强。结论彩色多普勒下的超声造影能够提高肝内低回声血管瘤的确诊率,为临床治疗奠定了坚实的基础,具有极高的诊断价值,值得在临床诊断方面进行推广与应用。

Ultrasonic imaging diagnostic value of low echo in liver hemangioma

Objective To explore contrast-enhanced ultrasound image characters and diagnostic value of low echo in the liver hemangioma. Methods In our hospital from February 2008 to January 2012 suspected cases of patients with intrahepatic low echo hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed. The enhancement ways,the time of beginning to in- crease and peak perfoimance were analyzed by realtime harmonic eonstrast-enhanced Ultrasound on low echo mass within the liver. Results Sixteen cases of low echo after hememgion a imaging were characterized by slow in slow out and the enhanced ways were the edge of annular enhancement or overall nodular enhancement. Conclusion Under the color doppler ultrasound imaging can improve the positive rate of low echo in the liver hemangioma, laid a solid foun- dation for clinical treatment, has high diagnostic value, worthy of popularization and application in clinical diagnosis.
