腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗输卵管性不孕

目的 研究腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗输卵管性不孕的效果.方法 选择我院92例疑似输卵管性不孕患者,采用腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗,同时选择常规治疗的62例患者作为对照组,随访6-30个月,观察输卵管阻塞率及宫内妊娠率.结果 观察组与对照组疏通率分别为90.18％、91.78％;差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.随访6～30个月,观察组12个月、30个月妊娠率明显高于对照组,再阻塞率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 输卵管逆行插管有利于患者壶腹部、输卵管伞端梗阻的疏通,提高宫内妊娠率.

Laparoscopic tubal retrograde intubation in treatment of tubal infertility

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic tubal retrograde intubation in treatment of tubal infertility. Methods A total of 92 patients from our hospital with suspected tubal infertility were treated with laparoscopic tubal retrograde intubation, 62 cases of patients with conventional treatment were selected as control group. All patients were followed up for 3 to 30 months. Observed the rate of fallopian tube obstruction and intrauterine pregnancy rate. Results The dredging rate of observation group and control group were 90.18%,91.78%,the two groups had no significant dif- ferences （P 〉0.05）. The 12 months and 30 months pregnancy rate of observation group were higher than the control group,the restenosis rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Tubal retrograde intubation is good for dredging patients with ampulla obstruction and oviduct umbrella end obstruction,it can increase the rate of intrauterine pregnancy.
