渐开线齿轮安装偏心误差自动补偿算法的实验验证

摘    要:针对测量渐开线齿轮时由于其几何中心和测量中心不重合带来的误差,基于工件安装偏心的误差补偿模型,以齿轮测量中心为载体,分析不同偏心量值对于齿距测量误差的影响.实验结果表明:偏心造成的误差经过补偿后,与无偏心安装得到的测量结果一致,验证了误差补偿算法的正确性,消除了安装偏心误差带来的影响,降低了齿轮安装的难度.

Abstract:In view of the error caused by the less coincidence between the geometry center of the gear and measurement center ,the error compensation model is built .Take gear measuring center as a testbed , the effect of eccentricity on pitch measurement error is analyzed .The measurement results obtained after compensation are consistent with the results without eccentricity ,which verifies the correctness of the error compensation algorithm . The method eliminates the impact of eccentric installation error and reduces the difficulty of installing .
