管道对接焊缝超声检测爬行器的研制

Automatic scan device of ultrasonic NDT in detecting the pipeline girth welds

This paper looks back present status of automatic ultrasonic testing device used in detect-ing the defects of pipeline girth welds in the world, then the system structure and the char-acteristics of the system was introduced. Under the control of computer, the device takesthe ultrasonic probes to inspect pipeline girth welds automatically and quickly. The applica-tion proves that it is flexible and easy to use.
