纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道施工技术

纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道作为一种新型的管材，因其独有的材质优势备受石油、化工及城镇给水排水等行业的青睐，通过成都铁路局重庆南水厂改造工程，采用DN500及DN700管道安装这一实例，介绍了纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道的特点，阐述了纤维缠绕玻璃钢管道施工过程中沟槽的开挖，管道的铺设、连接、试压等施工技术以及应该注意的问题，以推广该技术。

Construction technology of fiber-wrapped glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe

Fiber-wrapped glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe as one new pipe material receives high favors in petroleum, chemical industry, urban water supply and drainage work and other trades with peculiar performances. In this paper combined with reconstruction work of south water plant of Chongqing and the application of DNS00 and DN700 pipes the characteristics of fiber-wrapped glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe are introduced as well as excavation of pipe trench, layout, connection and pressure test and other construction technology. In the end questions deserving attention in construction are pointed out in order to promote the application of this technology.
