| 摘 要： | 国有林场在河北省林业发展建设中发挥着重要作用,推进国有林场改革、理顺林场生产关系、激发林场生产潜力对于推动国有林场在生态建设、产业发展、资源保护、助民增收中发挥重要作用。探讨河北省国有林场改革现状,分析其存在的问题,并提出加快河北省国有林场改革的建议,以促进河北省国有林场的改革。

| Abstract: | State forest farm played an important role in forestry development in Hebei Province,and promoting the reform of state forest farm,straighten out forest farm production relations,stimulating forest farm production potential played an important role in ecological construction,industrial development,resources protection,agricultural income′increase.Reform status of state forest farm in Hebei Province was discussed,existing problems were analyzed.Reform suggestions of state forest farm in Hebei Province were put forward aimed to promote the reform of state forest farm in Hebei Province. |
