轴流式水轮机顶盖排水控制回路的改造

摘    要:青溪水电厂轴流式机组顶盖排水控制回路经常出现故障,是电厂安全运行的难题之一,也是国内轴流转浆机组运行亟待解决的问题,因此,青溪水电厂对顶盖排水控制回路进行了改造。通过故障统计和分析,找出故障主要原因,最后决定以可编程控制器替换常规控制回路。改造后水泵控制回路的故障降为零。

Abstract:The head cover drainage control circuit of axial flow adjustable blade water turbines in Qingxi Hydropower Plant used to break down, which was not only a nut for the power plant but also a problem demanding prompt solution of domestic similar units. Consequently, a modification was made. The main causes of the fault were found through fault statistical analysis, and the conventional control circuit replaced by programmable controller. No failure has occurred on the pump control circuit since the modification.
