催化裂化金属钝化剂性能分析

摘    要:重金属造成催化裂化催化剂中毒,产品分布变差,影响装置效益,加注金属钝化剂是有效的控制方法.简要介绍了催化剂金属污染及金属钝化剂钝化机理;详细介绍了金属钝化剂理化性能测定方法,尤其是金属钝化剂钝化组分和分解温度的测定方法,这是评价钝化剂性能最重要的两项指标;列举了3种较常见金属钝化剂的分析数据,分别为只含锑组分的单功能、双功能及钝化组分较多的多功能钝化剂,炼厂应根据装置重金属污染情况,选择适合本装置的金属钝化剂.

Abstract:Heavy metals in crude oil could poison FCC catalysts,make product distribution become worse,thus affect FCCU operation performances.It was effective to add metal passivators.The mechanism of contamination on FCC catalyst caused by heavy metal,and passivating mechanism of metal passivator were introduced.The methods measuring physical and chemical properties (especially compositions and decomposition temperature of metal passivators as important parameters of passivators) were described in detail.Analytic data of three kinds of common metal passivators including single functional,double functional,and multifunctional passivators were outlined.Suitable passivators were selected according to the comtamination of the heavy metals.
