海上风电大直径植入型嵌岩单桩关键技术

摘    要:针对软土覆盖层浅、基岩强度大的海上风电大直径植入型单桩基础嵌岩方案,建立桩-基岩-灌浆料模型,对植入型嵌岩单桩基础进行受力分析,分析结果表明单桩最大应力和灌浆料最大应力均满足极端情况下的风电基础设计要求。介绍钢管桩与岩孔间填充材料的选择、灌浆施工工艺,以及海上风电大直径嵌岩单桩风险点和解决措施。该技术对海上风电大直径嵌岩单桩的设计开发具有一定的启发作用。

Abstract:For the topography with shallow overburden and strong bedrock, a pile-bedrock-grouting material model is established for large-diameter embedded rock-socketed monopile foundation of offshore wind turbines. The stress analysis of the embedded rock-socketed monopile foundation is carried out. The analysis results show that the maximal stresses of the monopile and grouting material satisfy the design requirements of wind turbine foundation in extreme cases. The selection of filling materials between steel pile and rock hole, grouting technology, as well as the risk and solutions of large-diameter rock-socketed monopile for offshore wind turbines, are introduced. The technologies are of some enlightening effect on the design and development of large-diameter embedded rock-socketed monopile for offshore wind turbines.
