摘    要:水泥厂设备智能运维平台作为智能化工厂体系架构的子模块,在水泥厂得到了广泛的应用,为设备安全运行提供了强有力的技术支撑手段。为进一步提升工厂智能化水平,提高管理效率,本文提出了基于人工智能、大数据等技术的智能运维平台路线规划,实施步骤和方法,并对该平台的技术难点、未来技术展望做了阐述,为后续平台建设提供科学决策依据。

Research and planning of cement plant equipment intelligent operation and maintenance platform
Abstract:As a sub module of the system architecture of intelligent chemical plant, the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of cement plant has been widely applied in cement plant, which provides a powerful technical support for the safe operation of the equipment. In order to further improve the intelligent level of the factory and improve the management efficiency, this paper proposes the route planning, implementation steps and methods of intelligent operation and maintenance platform based on artificial intelligence and big data technology, and expounds the technical difficulties and future technology prospects of the platform, which provides scientific decision basis for the subsequent flat platform construction.
