托管架/起重机联合工作状态下的起重铺管船水动力性能

摘    要:研究某起重铺管船尾部托管架和起重机在波浪中联合工作状态下的水动力性能。利用水动力分析软件,采用基于势流理论和莫里森经验公式的数值方法,分别针对该船在有/无托管架联合作业状态和起重机有/无钩载状态下的水动力性能进行频域内数值分析。通过对比得到在实际起重作业海况下托管架对该船垂荡、横摇和纵摇运动响应的影响。结果表明,托管架对该船在波浪中的运动性能起到积极的作用。所作研究为以后本船在实际工程中采用这种新型作业模式提供指导。

Abstract:The hydrodynamic performance of a crane pipelaying vessel under co-operation of stern stinger and crane is studied. By the hydrodynamic analysis software and numerical analysis based on the potential theory and Morison formulation, the hydrodynamic performance of the ship with/without stinger and the crane with/without hook load are numerically analyzed in frequency domain. By comparison, the influence of the stinger on the heave, roll and pitch motion response of the ship under the actual lifting sea conditions is obtained. The results show that the stinger plays a positive role in the motion performance of the ship in waves. The guidance is provided for the application of the new working mode in practical projects.
