解脲支原体感染与盆腔炎关系的临床分析

目的了解解脲支原体在盆腔炎患者中的感染率,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法随机选择门诊确诊为盆腔炎患者128例,采集患者宫颈分泌物,运用聚合酶链反应技术扩增解脲支原体MB抗原基因,并统计分析。结果解脲支原体在盆腔炎患者中感染率为51.56%（66/128）,其中31~40岁年龄组感染率最高（62.22%）,其次为21~30岁组（57.5%）,其余依次为41~50岁组（43.48%）,51岁以上最低（25.0%）。结论解脲支原体感染与盆腔炎关系密切,尤其是年轻女性为高发人群。针对解脲支原体及其合并感染的抗炎治疗,提高性卫生观念,减少感染机会,对预防和有效治疗盆腔炎感染具有重要意义。

Relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and pelvic inflammation
