摘    要:中国石化集团齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂1.40 Mt/a加氢裂化装置高压分离器D405存在设备制造问题,现场调查和介质环境的跟踪分析表明,D405设备腐蚀环境为碱性湿H_2S环境。实验室内选择16Mn(HIC)基材和焊接接头作为实验材质,在湿H_2S环境中进行了腐蚀实验。结果表明,16Mn(HIC)SSCC敏感性随硫化氢浓度的增加和pH值的降低而增加。焊缝处SSCC敏感性最高,经过热处理的焊缝其SSCC敏感性明显降低。因此,16Mn(HIC)在D405碱性湿H_2S环境下的腐蚀开裂敏感性很低,设备可以维持长周期运行。

Abstract:The hydrocracker HP separator(D405) in Shengli Refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has fabrication defects. The site investigation and analysis of operating media show that the equipment service environment is alkali wet H_2S corrosion environment. A wet H2S corrosion test is conducted in the laboratory using 16Mn(HIC) base material and welded joints. The results demonstrate that the SSCC sensitivity of 16Mn(HIC) increases with increase of hydrogen sulfide and decrease of pH value. The SSCC sensitivity is highest in welds, while that of the post-heat treated welds is remarkably lower. Therefore, the 16Mn(HIC) material has a low SSCC sensitivity in D405's alkali wet H2S environment and a long-term operation of the equipment can be expected.
