发电机组状态检修的研究

摘    要:传统发电机组检修有许多不足的地方,提出了基于马尔可夫链状态估计模型的状态检修策略。机组状态估计模型用一步转移概率描述相邻状态概率向量之间的关系,并用步伐因子考虑机组所带负荷对转移概率的影响。在预估机组临界故障状态的基础上,以检修费用和电量收益损失总和最小为目标函数确定最佳检修时间。

Abstract:There are many bad points in maintaining generator set, so the state maintenance strategy based on Markov chain state estimative model is presented. In the estimative model of generator set state, the relationship between two abutting state probability vectors is described by one-step transfer probability and the load of generator set effecting on the transfer probability is considered with the help of step gene. Based on estimating the critical fault state of generator set, the best maintenance time is confirmed according as that the summation of maintenance charge and the loss of electricity income are minimal.
