右腋下直小切口治疗先天性心脏病613例

目的 :介绍右腋下直小切口在先天性心脏病手术中的应用体会。方法 :本组 6 13例患者中 ,进行室间隔缺损修复 4 15例 ,单纯型继发孔房间隔缺损修复 15 3例 ,部分型肺静脉畸形引流修复 7例 ,部分型房室管畸形修复 3例 ,房间隔缺损合并室间隔缺损修复 2 3例 ,风湿性二尖瓣狭窄并关闭不全 2例 ,合并永存左位上腔静脉 10例。结果 :全组患者无手术死亡。体外循环时间 2 5min～ 12 9min ,主动脉阻断时间 11min～ 6 9min ,术后 6d～ 12d出院。结论 :右腋下直小切口手术治疗先天性心脏病能达到疗效与美学双重效果。

Right subaxillary vertical small incision for congenital heart disease operation

Objective:To introduce the experience in right subaxillary vertical small incisi on for the cardiac operation in congenital heart disease.Methods:This approach w as performed on 613 patients including 415 for ventricular septal defect closure ,153 for ostium secundum type atrial septal defect closure,7 for repair of parti al anomalous pulmonary venous connection,3 for repair of partial atrioventricula r septal defect,23 for atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect closur e,2 for rheumatic mitral stenosis and mitral incompetence,and 10 was combined wi th persistent left superior vena cava.Results:There was no operative deaths.Card io pulmonary bypass time were 25 to 129 minutes,aortic cross-clamping time were 11 to 69 minutes.Post operative duration of hospital stay were 6 to 12 days.Con clusion:Operation performed through right subaxillary vertical small incision ca n get an excellent operative and desthetics results.
