| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法和数理统计法 ,对河北职业技术师范学院大学生余暇体育行为进行分析 ,旨在反馈评价学校体育教学效果 ,探讨高校体育素质教育的新途径。调查结果表明 ,余暇体育作为高校实施素质教育的重要组成部分 ,具有口径宽、弹性大、内容丰富、空间广阔、自主性强、思维活跃等特点。认为应加强对大学生余暇体育的管理和指导 ,使其有助于创造大学生身心健康发展的学校体育教育环境 ,形成学校良好的体育文化氛围 ,提高学生的体育素养和余暇生活的质量。

| Abstract: | Spare time sports activities of HVTTC students were analyzed in order to evaluate PE teaching and form a new apsproach to quality oriented physical education. The results showed that doing sports activities in spare time had many obvious advantages. Therefore colleges and universities should strengthen its management and guidance to its students, which will benefit students' physical and mental well being, form a constructive campus atmosphere, and improve students' sports accomplishments and their spare time sports quality. |
