带式输送机导料槽阻力的计算方法

摘    要:导料槽阻力的计算通常不被重视,当导料槽较长时,导料槽阻力的计算甚至影响到带式输送机的驱动功率。本文在分析导料槽阻力基本原理的基础上,将导料槽区段的物料截面分解成长方形和梯形2部分,引入兰金理论推导出了导料槽阻力的计算式;得出我国当前流行(标准)的计算方法因忽略了下部梯形截面的部分,计算结果具有较大的误差;参照德国标准,给出了导料槽阻力的计算步骤,通过算例分析以及DEM仿真,验证了计算方法的正确性。
