河北省产业结构水平和效益的动态分析

本文从产业结构的水平和效益两方面描述河北省1985—2006年间产业结构的变动过程,并通过与全国和国际经验的比较来反映河北生产业结构调整的成果及问题。分析显示:与全国水平相比,河北省产业结构水平与产业结构效益的关系出现偏差,呈现"高水平、低效益"和"低水平、高效益"交替出现的态势,尚未形成产业结构与效益相互促进、共同提高的良性循环。影响河北省产业结构水平和效益提高的核心因素是农村剩余劳动力转移与第三产业的发展。

Dynamic research on the level and efficiency of industrial structure of Hebei Province

The changing process of industrial structure of Hebei province from 1985 to 2006 is described in the aspects of level and efficiency in this paper,reveal the fruits and problems of readjustment of industrial structure in Hebei province through comparing with the national and international experiences.The analysis shows that,compared with the national level,the relationship between the level and the efficiency of industrial structure in Hebei province is distorted,an alternating state of"high-level,low-efficiency"and"low-level,high-efficiency"is presented,not formed a virtuous circle of mutual promotion between the level and efficiency of industrial structure.The critical factors which influence the level and the efficiency of industrial structure in Hebei province are the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the development of tertiary industry.
