老年患者静脉输液护理风险相关性研究

目的：评估老年患者静脉输液过程中可能发生的护理风险因素，制订出有利于老年患者安全、科学、规范、人性化的输液服务流程。方法：将600例老年患者随机分为实验组和对照组各300例，实验组采用相应的护理干预措施和护理巡视单，对照组采用常规输液护理。两组分别发放自设问卷调查表，调查患者对静脉输液的满意程度及对静脉输液过程中所担忧的问题。结果：实施安全、规范的输液服务流程后，患者对输液过程中所担心的问题发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。患者对护士静脉输液满意度明显优于对照组。结论：实施规范输液服务流程后，增强了护士主动服务的意识，减少和避免了输液并发症的发生，可以提高老年输液患者静脉输液的安全性和满意度。

Risk and Relative Research of Vein Injection Nurse

Objective ： Estimate the risk during the elderly patients vein injection nurse, and make the safe, scientific, specification and humanity service process which is good for the elderly patients. Methods ： Separate the 600 elderly patient＇s cases into two random groups, 300 cases for testing and another 300 cases for reference. For testing group will use the corresponding nurse interventions and nurse visiting form, and the reference group will use the normal injection nurse. Both of the groups will make their own research form and hand out to the patients, to get the patients＇ advice about satisfaction and worries during the vein injection Results ： Experienced the safe, specification injection nursing process, the testing group＇s worries rate is lower than the reference group, the difference has statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. The testing group＇s satisfaction is obviously higher than the reference group. Conclusions ： Experienced the safe and specification injection nursing process, increase the nurse＇s active service attitude and reduce the complications during injection. And it can increase the patients＇ safe and satisfaction for vein injection.
