摘    要:压气机叶片是航空发动机中的重要零件,在高温、高压、振动以及巨大的离心力等恶劣的工作环境下,易产生腐蚀、疲劳裂纹甚至断裂等故障。如果不能及时发现这些损伤,会造成发动机空中停车,危及飞行安全。介绍了超声波检查HPC 4级叶片榫头的方法,是一种能有效杜绝安全隐患的方法。

Abstract:Compressor vanes are the important parts of the aero-engine. Erosion, fatigue cracking and even fracture might be found on compressor vanes frequently. If being not detected adequately, the damage could lead to in-flight shut down and affect the flight safety of the aircraft. The ultrasonic inspection of HPC stage 4 blade roots was introduced. It is an effective method for preventing potentially hazard events.
