摘    要:通过对矿山竖井掘进机施工工况的分析研究,提出了一种适合矿山竖井掘进机使用的支撑系统方案。然后对所设计的支撑系统多个工况进行有限元模拟分析,得到支撑系统结构应力分布情况,并对风险部位进行补强,解决了矿山竖井掘进机支撑系统结构强度不足的问题。该支撑系统最终作为一个重要部件,装配于国内首台MSJ5.8/1.6D型矿山竖井掘进机上。

Design on Support System of MSJ5.8/1.6D Mode Mine Shaft Boring Machine
Abstract:With the analysis study on the construction performances of the mine shaft boring machine, a support system plan suitable for the mine shaft boring machine was provided.Then a finite element simulation analysis was conducted on the several performances of the designed support system.The structure stress distribution condition of the support system was obtained.The risk part was rein-forced and the insufficient structure strength of the support system applied to the mine shaft boring machine was solved.The support system finally as the important component was assembled on the do-mestic first MSJ5.8/1.6D mode mine shaft boring machine.
