随着社会的发展。非传染性慢性疾病日趋增多，慢性病防治已刻不容缓，目前社区卫生服务逐渐成为慢病综合防治的最佳平台。实现对慢病患者信息的管理可以提高社区服务中心慢病服务的质量，加快分析和预测慢病发展的规律，为最终采取有效防治措施提供科学依据。主要研究基于．NET平台三层C／S结构的社区患慢病者信息系统。旨在提高社区工作人员和疾控中心的工作效率。

Design and Realization of Community Chronic Diseases Information Management System, C/S Structure under .NET Framework

With the development of the society, chronic non-communicable diseases increased a lot, hence prevention of the chronic diseases turns to be of great urgency. At present, community health service has gradually become the best platform of comprehensive prevention from chronic diseases. Well management of chronic patient＇ s information may help to enhance chronic diseases service quality for community service center, to speed up analysis and prediction of chronic diseases law of development and to provide scientific basis for ultimate effective prevention measures. This article mainly discusses information system of community patients with chronic diseases under three-layer structure based on .NET platform, aiming to promote work efficiency of community staff and disease prevention and control center.
