摘    要:嵌入式充电桩电磁耦合器是实现充电桩的感应电能智能控制和传输的重要部件,设计充电桩设计的核心。通过对电磁耦合器的优化控制设计提高充电桩电能输入输出的稳定性。提出基于RFID技术的嵌入式充电桩电磁耦合器设计方法,进行嵌入式充电桩的充电原理分析和系统的总体设计描述。在平板式电磁耦合器基础上构建嵌入式充电桩电磁耦合器电能传输的拓扑结构,基于RFID无线射频识别技术进行嵌入式充电桩电磁耦合器的电路集成设计,采用自适应加权耦合控制进行嵌入式充电桩电磁耦合约束参量的优化控制,提高输出性能。实验结果表明,该系统具有较好的智能充电控制能力,对电动汽车的充电效率较高,提高了智能充电桩的电能传输效率。

Abstract:The embedded charging pile electromagnetic coupler is an important component to realize intelligent control and transmission of the induction power of the charging pile;it is also the key to the design of the charging pile.The stability of electric energy input and output of the charging pile is raised through design of optimal control for the electro-magnetic coupler.This paper presents design methods for the embedded charging pile electromagnetic coupler based on RFIDtechnology,analyzes the charging principle of the embedded charging pile,and describes overall design of the system.Topological structure of the embedded charging pile electromagnetic coupler is built up on the basis of the flat plate type electromagnetic coupler.Design of the integrated circuit for the embedded charging pile electromagnetic coupler is completed on the basis of RFID.Self-adaptive weighted coupling control is adopted to achieve optimal control of constraint parameters of the embedded charging pile electromagnetic coupling and improve output performance.Experimental results show that this system has a good intelligent charging control and a high charging efficiency for electric vehicles,thus improving power transmission efficiency of the intelligent charging pile.
