摘    要:从扩面腐蚀机理的研究出发,针对国产铝箔的特点,设计出行之有效的扩面腐蚀工艺,从而使国产铝箔制成高比容高强度的高压电解电容器阳极用腐蚀铝箔。

Abstract:In this paper,the etching mechanism of surface area enlarging of aluninium foils is stud-ied. According to the feature of domestic alumiuium foils , the valid etching processes are de-signed,and, high capacitance,high strength etching aluminium foils used as high voltageelectrolytic capacitor anodes are developed.
