端粒酶活性检测在浅表淋巴结转移癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨浅表淋巴结细针穿刺活检（FNAB）标本中端粒酶活性检测在浅表淋巴结转移癌诊断中的应用价值。方法在超声引导下穿刺抽取浅表淋巴结组织FNAB标本,分别进行细胞学病理检查和端粒酶活性检测,以术后石蜡病理切片结果为最终标准,对以上两者结果进行对照分析。结果在40例浅表淋巴结转移癌中,FNAB的正确诊断率为45%（18/40）,端粒酶活性阳性率为77.5%（31/40）,两者相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,在22例浅表淋巴结转移癌被FNAB诊断为“可疑阳性”、“取材不够”及“淋巴结炎”者中17例显示端粒酶活性,阳性率为77.3%（17/22）,两者联合诊断率可提高至87.5%。结论端粒酶活性检测是FNAB很好的辅助诊断方法,两者联合应用可有效提高FNAB标本的阳性诊断率。

Detection of telomerase activity by needle aspiration biopsy in diagnosis of duperfial lymph node metastasis carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of detection of telomerase activity by fine needle aspiration biospy (FNBA) of superficial lymph node metastasis carcinomas. Methods The biospy of the of samples of superficial lymph node metastasis carcinomas with fine needle guided by B-us were performed and the telomerase activity was determined. The results were compared. Results Of the 40 cases of superficial lymph node metastasis carcinoma, the correct diagnostic rate of FNBA was 45%, while the positive rate of telomerase activity was 77.5%, the difference between the two examinations was significant (P<0.05). In 22 FNBA samles diagnosed as "suspicious", "idadequate" and "lymphadenitis", expression of telomerase activity was observed in 17(77.3%)of the cases. The diagnostic rate of combination of the two methods was 87.5%. Conclusion The detection of telomerase activity is a good subscidiary method to FNBA. Combined detection of telomerase activify and FNBA can enhance the rate of correct diagnosis of superficial lymph node metastasis carcinomas in the FNBA samples.
