| 摘 要： | 药学专业学生实践能力培养存在的不足表现在:教师的实践教学环节缺乏,学生思想理念和实践能力培养理念有待提高,缺乏实践能力的体系化和创新性;这就需要培养"双师型"教师队伍,加强学生的思想引导和社会实践教育,树立以学生为中心的实践能力培养理念,建立健全学生实践能力培养的体系化和创新性。

| Abstract: | Pharmacy Students have some detects in practical abilities such as absence of practical teaching, thought of students and training awareness and systematization and revolutionary. So we should establish the ＂double-Teachers＂ team-building, guild the minds of students, strengthen the praticat education, build the ＂student as the core＂ practial culture, set up and institute a new systematization and revolutionary of practical education. |
