基于光电一体化技术的智慧河道管控

Intelligent river management and control based on photoelectric integration technology

Abstract:In order to realize the monitoring of personnel in the river safety area, according to the actual demand of intelligent river management and control, it is necessary to track and judge the behaviour of moving target crossing the border in the warning area in real-time and give early warning. Based on the photoelectric integration technology, a method of intelligent river management and control is proposed. Photoelectric data fusion is used to detect moving objects. Kalman filtering algorithm is used to track and predict target trajectories, and it is applied in Wutongshan river intelligent watershed management and control system. Practical application shows that the intelligent river management and control method based on photoelectric integration technology can effectively improve the efficiency of river management and control and the accuracy of personnel monitoring, which is of great significance to improve the level and efficiency of river basin management.
