| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the state-owned and non-constructionoriented enterpriseswhen operating infrastructure projects,and puts forward the implementation strategies for the state-owned and non-construction-oriented enterprises to adopt whole process engineering consultation,concluding implementation modes,delegation stages,delegation ways and post assessment of construction projects.Taking a house construction project of a tobacco enterprise as an example,analyzes the problems by adopting the traditional construction mode and the advantages by adopting whole process engineering consultation for the infrastructure projects of state-owned and non-construction-oriented enterprises,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and reference to carry out the whole process engineering consultation for state-owned and non-construction-oriented enterprises. |
