| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of whole process management,this paper discusses the cost risk in the decision making phase,design phase,construction phase and completion phase of railway tunnel projects.Taking the Qianzhangchang Railway Dapo tunnel project as an example,explains the cost risk control measures of railway tunnel project at various stages,in order to provide reference for the cost control of similar project. |
