典型站流量软在线的实现

摘    要:聚焦新形势下水资源监测预警、生态流量监测等"水利行业强监管"的要求,以及实时流量监测的迫切需要,在总结传统推流方法的基础上,基于影响流量的内在水力要素关联,通过对典型水文站共性的提取,建立流量转换模型,利用已有的实时要素监测信息,构建流量实时计算的通用算法,实现流量软在线,通过代表站分析验证,软在线成果效果较好,满足水文监测预报对流量的精度要求。依据在线成果与实测流量对比,证明参数自动识别是软在线思路的改进方向。

Abstract:With the development of Hydrologic Automation, the instantaneous flow monitoring has become a trend, which is generally realized by such methods as Acoustic Dopler ultrasonic current meter, ultrasonic time difference method and radar method.In this paper, based on the summary of the traditional methods of pushing traffic flow, through the extraction of common features, the establishment of traffic conversion model, the use of existing real-time factor monitoring information, the framework of real-time flow monitoring of the General Algorithm, the traffic "soft online" . Through the analysis of typical hydrologic stations, the soft on-line results are good.
