尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪对尿中有形成分对比分析

摘    要:目的探讨尿干化学分析与尿沉渣镜检两种方法对尿中有形成分的敏感性。方法分别用尿干化学分析和尿沉渣镜检同时对1000例病人的尿标本进行检查和分析。结果干化学法对尿中白细胞假阴性率为28.18%,假阳性率为7.87%,对红细胞假阴性率为7.04%,假阳性率28.28%。结论两种方法缺一不可,不能相互取代,只有两种方法综合分析,才能提高尿液检测的准确性和灵敏度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the sensitivity of two methods (dry - chemistry urina ry sediment examination) in detecting the visible components in urine samples. Methods Total 1000 urinary specimens were analyzed respectively by dry - chemistry method and urinary sediment exami- nation. Results The false negative rate for WBC was 28.18 %, for RBC,7.04% and the false positive rate for WBC was 7.87% ,for RBC,28.28% by dry - chemistry. Conclusion For improving and sensitivity of urinary sediment examination, the two methods are necessarily.
