摘    要:对于自混式圆盘涡轮搅拌器在非牛顿流体体系中传质特性及动力学性能 ,采用空气 羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)水溶液体系进行实验研究 ,拟合出气液传质系数方程 ,为设备的放大提供了依据。结果表明 ,该类搅拌器的传质性能优于传统六平叶圆盘涡轮搅拌器 ,具有节能、低剪切的作用 ,适用于生物发酵等非牛顿体系

Abstract:Gas-liquid mass transfer and kinetic property of self-mixing disk turbine (SDT) stirred reactor in non-Newtonian fluid system are studied. Equation of gas-liquid transfer coefficient is derived from experimental result based on air-carboxymelthyl cellulose sodium salt aqueous system. Experimental result shows that SDT stirred reactor is superior to traditional disk turbine (DT). SDT is suitable to be used as a bioreactor in non-Newtonian fluid system.
