摘    要:通过对以往普通类型的液压阻尼减振器内部结构实施调整,设计出一种能够符合汽车悬架要求的双活塞阻尼减振器,以此为汽车的稳定运行提供基础保障.本文选择理论分析和试验相结合的方式探索双活塞阻尼减振器的特性.通过试验后发现双活塞阻尼减振器处于伸张的过程中会出现附加的阻尼力,进而使得减振器可做到有效的减振,使得汽车在恶劣环境下行驶...

Abstract:By adjusting the internal structure of the common type hydraulic damper,a double-piston damper is designed,which can meet the requirements of the automobile suspension,so as to provide the basic guarantee for the stable operation of the automobile.In this paper,the characteristics of double-piston damper are studied by theoretical analysis and experiment.After the test,it is found that the additional damping force will appear when the Double Piston Damper is in the process of stretching,so that the damper can reduce the vibration effectively and the vehicle can run smoothly under the bad environment.
