| Abstract: | Book purchase is a basic work in a library. Combining with the working practice and some existing problems in book purchase, this article makes a penetrating analysis of the characteristics of book purchase and of the relationship between the discount and the quality control in book purchase, and presents some ideas of reasonable discount rate and purchase tactics. |
