摘    要:电力系统连锁故障是一种发生概率低但后果极为严重的事故,可能导致大面积停电甚至整个系统崩溃。为了防止连锁故障事故的发生,尽量降低其危害,本文对评估输电系统连锁故障的风险指标进行研究,以保障电网的安全运行。文章首先根据复杂网络理论和风险评估理论,提出输电系统连锁故障风险评估指标体系,然后建立一种基于最优潮流的连锁故障仿真模型,在此基础上计算各类评估指标。最后,通过对IEEE118节点测试系统进行连锁故障风险分析,以说明研究工作的有效性。

Abstract:Cascading failure in power system is an extremely serious accident with low possibility,which may lead to the outage in a large area or even power system collapse.In order to prevent the occurrence of cascading failures and minimize its harm,the risk assessment indices of transmission system cascading failure is studied in this paper to guarantee the safe operation of power grid.In this paper,the risk assessment indices system of cascading failure of transmission system is proposed based on the complex network theory and risk assessment theory firstly.Then a simulation model of cascading failure is built based on the optimal power flow and each evaluation index is calculated.In the end,risk analysis of cascading failure is carried out with an IEEE 118 test system as an example to verify the performance and effectiveness of the proposed method.
