集束动态海底电缆截面机械性能分析

摘    要:集束动态海底电缆是由多层级螺旋缠绕、非黏结的复合结构,其截面刚度和强度性能的分析对于后续疲劳分析及缆的设计使用具有重要意义。理论方法计算精度小,三维仿真方法计算效率低,难以适应当前对海缆结构进行快速设计分析的要求。本文借助有限元分析软件UFLEX,建立了能够考虑螺旋构件的轴向效应的二维平面模型,分析了集束动态海底电缆的截面力学性能,与理论结果进行对比,验证了有限元分析模型与建模技术的可行性和正确性,为海缆的快速设计和设计前期的结构优化提供了一种可行的解决方案。

Sectional Mechanical Properties Analysis of Dynamic Bundled Submarine Cable

Abstract:The dynamic bundled submarine cable is an unbonded composite structure which is composed of several spiral units.The sectional properties such as structure stiffness and strength are of great significance for the subsequent fatigue analysis,the design and application of the cable.The accuracy of the theoretical analysis is small,and the efficiency of the three dimensional model is low.Based on the UFLEX finite element software,a second dimensional finite element model of the dynamic bundled submarine cable is established.Under the condition that the axial effect of spiral components is included,the numerical simulation of the sectional mechanical properties are compared with the theoretical results.The validity of the finite element model is verified.The method provides a solution for the submarine cable rapid design and structure optimization during initial phase of design.
